Zusammenfassung

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator in Austria for a remote, part-time role (~10–15 hours/week). You will handle email campaigns, social media, SEO tasks, and various marketing projects, coordinating with clients, designers, developers, and partners.

You will work independently with flexible hours and required overlap with US Eastern business hours. This contractor engagement offers weekly payments and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign).
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools.
• Experience working with WordPress and CRM/project-management tools.
• Ability to manage recurring activities independently.

Aufgaben

• Build, format, schedule, and quality-check email campaigns with list management and reporting.
• Coordinate social media publishing using content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Research advertising opportunities, maintain calendars, and track responses.
• Execute basic on-page and local SEO activities and contribute to SEO reporting.
• Review work from designers/developers, coordinate revisions, and track deadlines.
• Support creation and formatting of marketing collateral and assets.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports and client snapshots gathering performance data.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Communicate proactively with owners, clients, vendors, designers, and developers.
