fiskaltrust is looking for an International Implementation Engineer/Manager to own the technical enablement and integration phase post-sale. You will guide B2B partners through integrating their software with the fiskaltrust POSSystemAPI and lead local market readiness efforts.

Working with regional teams, you will translate country-specific fiscal regulations into actionable onboarding steps and build training programs to ensure smooth deployments across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years experience in the Point of Sales Industry.
• 2–3+ years background in Technical Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Integration Management in B2B SaaS/FinTech/POS.

Aufgaben

• API Integration Support: Guide partner teams through integration using the fiskaltrust POSSystemAPI.
• Customer Academies & Programs: Design and conduct onboarding programs to accelerate partner time-to-market.
• International & Local Market Readiness: Align workflows with country-specific fiscal regulations and tech requirements.
• Local Team Collaboration: Work with regional market teams to translate local specs into onboarding steps.
• Journey Handoff & Optimization: Standardize playbooks and track milestones for ongoing Customer Success.
