Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven full-cycle sales experience including prospecting and closing.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build outbound pipeline via targeted campaigns and consistent BD activity.
• Manage inbound leads and move qualified prospects through the process.
• Conduct discovery to understand needs, challenges, buying processes, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, communicating value based on industry and requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close new business.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and priority setting.
• Share successful tactics with the team to improve processes.
