The candidate will manage relationships via phone, visits and events, navigate government procurement, and demonstrate ability to close complex, large-ticket deals across regional markets.

Qualifikationen

• Documented sales experience closing government contracts.
• 4+ years in public safety sales or 8+ years in sales/public safety overall.
• Experience selling Control Room solutions is required.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.

Aufgaben

• Sell Motorola Solutions public safety software to cities, counties and countries in central/eastern Europe.
• Develop opportunities through calls, visits, demonstrations and regional events.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and understand procurement processes.
