Hexagon Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist for our Civil Engineering Business Unit. The role covers the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and NEE (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland), owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

You will work with Regional Sales Manager and cross‑functional teams to grow opportunities, manage forecasts and build long-term customer relationships across geographies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales to end users in civil engineering.
• Experience selling technical products or solutions.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead to closing.
• Fluent German and business English preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth across the DACH and NEE regions.
• Identify and manage opportunities from lead to closure, achieving targets and budgets.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors and partners.
• Present the Civil Engineering product portfolio, communicating value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts, milestones and after-sales support.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with Product Management to feed market insights and opportunities.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and partners across regions.
