Job summary

Valmet is seeking an energetic Product Sales Manager to drive performance for filtration and chemical products in Central Europe. The role demands a strong market sense, self-driven teamwork, and ability to travel regularly to key customers.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree and have at least 5 years of international sales experience, with English and German proficiency. Remote/work-from-home is possible if no nearby office is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ sales experience in international market.
• Effective written and oral communication in English and German (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Sales responsibility of process filtration & chemical products in Central Europe.
• Own sales area budget and sales responsibility.
• Provide market information to global product managers and competitors’ performance data.
• Travel to visit customers regularly to maintain relationships.
• Develop own sales area and seek new business opportunities.
• Provide market data using Compass and other tools.
• Collaborate with global product managers, R&D, production planning and teams.
• Maintain sales forecasts with product managers and planning.
