Workiva seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with sales and stakeholders, driving technical wins by connecting platform capabilities, automated workflows, and AI tools to measurable customer outcomes.

You will uncover technical requirements, develop prototypes, and validate enterprise value through PoCs, ensuring successful onboarding and long-term success with Client Services. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-sales engagements, discovery, and demonstrations to align Workiva solutions with customer needs.
• Ensure customer success by coordinating with Client Services for onboarding and ongoing value realization.
• Develop domain knowledge across industries, including Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability, to articulate value.
• Create and present proofs of concept and business cases demonstrating solution impact.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Scoping, and Client Services to achieve team goals and drive Tech Win.
