Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking an AI & Data Architect to design architectures for AI-enabled workflows, from data foundations to agentic systems. You will make hands-on decisions aligned with client needs and collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams.

You will work across cloud data platforms, governance and operating models, shaping solutions for complex client scenarios while advancing within a dynamic, fast-growing practice.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience designing and implementing modern Data & AI architectures.
• Confident in customer-facing situations and communicating with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build evolvable architectures, hands-on with engineering teams.
• Production-grade Data & AI solutions with governance, security, scalability, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry or Databricks.
• Proficiency in German and English to communicate with customers and teams.

Aufgaben

• Define target architectures and roadmaps across AI & Data platforms aligned with customer needs.
• Translate between engineering, business, IT and operations for a unified view.
• Guide customers in building AI-ready data foundations and governance, including lineage.
• Own architecture decisions with ADRs, trade-offs, and rationale.
• Leverage Microsoft and Databricks partnerships for each customer case.
• Support pre-sales through discovery, solution design and effort estimation, from concept to implementation.
