iDWELL, a leading software company in the real estate sector based in Vienna, seeks an automation/AI specialist to optimize processes across Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, and more. You will design automation solutions and implement them across teams, leveraging AI tools and best practices.
You will develop strategies, select suitable tools, and work with other teams to share knowledge and deliver training sessions.
Qualificações
- Degree in business administration, CS, or related field.
- Experience in process consulting, ideally AI-powered systems.
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly and create solutions.
- Highly structured, assertive, and persistent; committed to completion.
- Excellent German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze processes across departments to improve efficiency with AI and automation.
- Develop and implement automation strategies end-to-end.
- Select tools to improve workflows and integrate them into systems.
- Share knowledge and develop training with other teams.
- Measure KPI performance and report to senior management.
- Act as an internal knowledge resource on AI developments.
