Job summary

Dynatrace in Graz, Austria is seeking a People Operations Advisor on a fixed-term contract (18 months) to support the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on pay, working time and absences. Fluency in German and English, and solid knowledge of Austrian labor law are essential for success.

You will own HR processes, collaborate with Payroll, Legal and People & Culture, and help implement policies across Austria and nearby markets. This role is hybrid in Graz with potential EU-wide scope.

Qualifications

• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Relevant HR or People Operations experience in an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and collective bargaining agreements; European markets a plus.
• Experience with HR operations and HR technologies, including HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and lead People Operations delivery with a primary focus on Austria and support for other EMEA countries as needed.
• Own complex employee requests and HR processes, including contracts, leave, working time and pay.
• Analyze and further develop People Operations processes to improve efficiency and create a seamless employee experience.
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, and People & Culture to ensure accurate transitions and compliant, pragmatic solutions.
• Implement and improve HR policies and controls in line with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable regulations.
