Danfoss is seeking a commercial lead for lifecycle services across EMEA to grow recurring revenue by aligning customer needs with service solutions. You will develop and scale service contracts, spare parts programs, and extended offerings across the installed base.

The role focuses on translating technical solutions into compelling commercial value, collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand penetration and ensure customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, technical B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and pipeline management capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions.
• Experience with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and end customers.

Aufgaben

• Develop lifecycle service solutions that help customers improve uptime, efficiency, and asset performance.
• Drive growth of service contracts, lifecycle spare parts programs, and extended service offerings across the installed base.
• Identify service opportunities and convert installed-base potential into long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand service penetration and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Service Operations and partner teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
