Sandvik Mining is seeking an experienced commercial leader to own the Ground Support business across Northern Europe. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial accountability for growth, profitability, market expansion and customer success.

You will work with customers, sales teams and global stakeholders to shape regional strategies, introduce innovative solutions and strengthen Sandvik’s market position.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience within mining or related industries.
• Proven track record driving growth, profitability and customer engagement.
• Experience managing P&L and developing long-term strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred.

• Own the Ground Support business across Northern Europe with revenue, profitability and forecasting accountability.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Identify opportunities, expand customer penetration and accelerate performance.
• Lead the introduction of new products and technologies.
• Drive business development across Northern Europe and support sales teams.
• Provide market, industry and application expertise to the commercial org.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings with sales leaders and KAMs.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
• Deliver sales enablement, training and best-practice sharing in the region.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to execute regional growth plans.
• Represent the business in industry forums and networks.
