Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field with several years of after sales experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Autonomous, proactive mindset with strong ownership and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and intercultural skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; other languages and travel up to 60% across Europe.

- Develop and consult EMEA markets to drive After Sales growth and profitability.
- Strengthen distributor networks across the region.
- Increase market penetration of service products through strategic initiatives.
- Drive retail performance via targeted actions and continuous monitoring.
