Job summary

NEVEON Executive Committee in Austria seeks an Expert Commercial Excellence & CRM specialist to lead Salesforce CRM initiatives, drive process improvements, and align CRM with commercial strategy across the organization.

You will train users, ensure high data quality, build dashboards, track KPIs, and develop standards for commercial excellence; a proactive, English-speaking candidate with a passion for digitalization and AI is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and commercial excellence.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset with sales process knowledge.
• Experience in training users and driving organizational change.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement and develop Salesforce CRM and integrations.
• Translate and improve customer and sales processes across CRM systems.
• Support users through training and workshops.
• Ensure high data quality, reporting, dashboards and insights.
• Develop and implement commercial excellence standards and best practices.
• Analyze performance, KPIs, and identify opportunities in sales, forecasting and pricing.
