AGRANA is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d) at our Vienna site to drive a more market- and customer-centric sales approach across the group. You will translate strategic priorities into structured, insight-driven sales practices along the customer journey and act as a central driver of transformation across divisions.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience in a consultancy role focusing on commercial excellence and developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Prioritize customer segments and define targeted go-to-market strategies.
Lead cross-divisional initiatives within transformation programs.
Develop and improve commercial methodologies, frameworks and tools along the customer journey.
Implement common commercial practices and standards for consistent customer interactions across the group.
Develop and enhance key account management approaches.
Design sales performance management frameworks and KPIs.
Monitor pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecast accuracy; drive improvements.
