Job summary

Raiffeisen Digital Bank in Vienna is seeking a CRM Automation Specialist to drive multi-channel campaigns and optimize CRM workflows. You will design, test and implement automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyze data and create segments to improve customer experiences.

The role requires strong English skills, familiarity with Email/Mobile Studio and Journey Builder, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud incl. Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder & Automation Studio
Certificated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant & Marketing Cloud Email Specialist is a plus
Strong analytical skills to provide insights into our email marketing & CRM efforts
Fluent English is a prerequisite – German and/or Polish is advantageous

Responsibilities

Build, test, implement & improve automated campaigns across multiple channels to create exceptional digital experiences
Work with customer data to create segments & data models
Create SQL queries, import, export & extract activities in Automation Studio for various processes (deduplications, dataviews, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical platform & data feed-related issues
Advise on best practices for email & mobile marketing & customer journey design
Inform the team regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions & effective email templates
