Job summary

AGRANA Group in Vienna is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to lead a market- and customer-centric transformation across the group. You will drive sales methodologies, tools and KPMs, partnering with divisional teams to heighten commercial excellence across markets.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial excellence, strong CRM/Excel/BI skills, and fluency in German and English. It offers an international environment with a focus on growth and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Completed higher education in business, finance, economics or related field.
5+ years in commercial excellence or related strategic/analytical roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer journeys.
Experience with CRM, Excel and BI tools.
Experience driving change in international matrix organizations.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Strengthen customer- and market-oriented sales approaches across the group.
Lead cross-divisional initiatives in commercial transformation programs.
Develop and improve sales methodologies, frameworks and tools along the customer journey.
Establish and implement common sales practices and standards.
Support development and enhancement of key account management approaches.
Design and enhance sales performance management frameworks and KPIs.
Monitor pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and derive concrete improvement actions.
