Job summary

Netcup is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success in Vienna to drive the delivery of small to mid-size IT projects from handover to completion. You will coordinate between Sales, Engineering and customers, keep milestone-driven plans, handle changes, and escalate issues with a view to professional, contract-compliant results while growing into greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• Completed IT or commercial vocational training or equivalent.
• Initial experience managing IT projects or internships.
• Basic knowledge of cloud/IT infrastructure or networks.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.

• Coordinate between Sales, Engineering and customers to ensure smooth progress.
