Job summary

Huawei Austria in Vienna is seeking a Junior Solution Manager to provide tailored technical solutions for telecom customers, and to develop sales strategies while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

The role requires a Bachelor in STEM, basic telecom knowledge, a hands-on mindset, and fluency in English and German; the Fresh Graduate Program offers development opportunities, mentorship, and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required, STEM preferred.
Basic knowledge of telecom industry and first experiences would be asset.

Responsibilities

Providing tailored technical solutions and solution optimizations for new/key customers in telecom (Radio network, Transmission, IP, Core network, IT).
Develop and execute sales strategies and product roadmap to extend market share.
Collaborate with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveries.
Be a strong team player with willingness to learn and cooperate across teams.
Manage internal processes by following SOP and support project bidding with BOM/quotations.
