Job summary

ANEXIA Inc. is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Success in Vienna. You will deliver small to medium IT projects, acting as the central interface between Sales, Engineering, and customers to ensure structured processes and contract-compliant delivery.

You will grow step by step into greater responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and KPIs. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or IT-related qualification.
• Initial project management experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
• Basic knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure or network environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and quality mindset.
• Experience with PM tools such as Jira is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success

What this role is about and who we are looking for

In your role as Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of small to medium-sized technical customer projects, from handover through to completion. As a key point of contact between Sales, Engineering, and our customers, you will ensure structured processes, transparent communication, and high-quality, contract-compliant delivery. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and will grow step by step into greater responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Contribute to the management of customer projects, including creating and continuously maintaining project plans with milestones and dependencies
• Plan and coordinate internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments
• Continuously monitor project status and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage changes and handle escalations responsibly, with a clear focus on solutions
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards, and KPIs
• Close projects, including formal handover to operational teams and alignment with Accounting on billable services
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success as a central interface with direct impact on the customer
• Actively contribute to the shaping and continuous improvement of processes, interfaces, and monitoring and reporting structures

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, or a comparable qualification in an IT environment
• First experience in project management, ideally in planning and delivering IT projects (including through internships, entry-level roles, or project work)
• Basic knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, or network environments, as well as an understanding of technical contexts
• Good communication and facilitation skills, and a confident, professional presence when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, a structured and self-driven way of working, and a high level of quality awareness
• First experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira or similar) is an advantage
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
