Qualifikationen

• A relevant degree/qualification and several years of experience in software development or operating software products.
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate with the Chief Solution Architect as an equal.
• Solid grasp of security, high-availability, and resilience requirements.
• Open to AI-powered workflows and using modern tools to make your team faster and better.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Direct technical and organizational leadership of your team: planning, prioritization, and coordination.
• Own product strategy to budget and customer satisfaction; manage deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Own incident management, major incident handling, and SLA compliance.
• Own customer satisfaction – including gathering feedback and feeding it into the product and strategy.
• Drive decision-making processes and coordinate with CTO and CSA.
