Job summary

ANEXIA Inc. is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Success in Vienna. You will deliver small to medium IT projects, acting as the central interface between Sales, Engineering, and customers to ensure structured processes and contract-compliant delivery.

You will grow step by step into greater responsibility, supported by experienced colleagues, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and KPIs. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or IT-related qualification.
• Initial project management experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
• Basic knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure or network environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and quality mindset.
• Experience with PM tools such as Jira is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal implementation tasks across technical departments.
• Monitor project status and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage changes and handle escalations with a solutions focus.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, processes and KPIs.
• Close projects and handover to operations; align with Accounting on billing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Customer Success as the interface.
• Contribute to process improvements and monitoring/reporting structures.
