Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in HR.
• Fluent in English (B2) and German (B2).
• You are AI-native and experiment with AI models and tools.

• You build processes rather than repeating tasks.
• You handle confidential information with care.

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems and data backbone, including documentation and processes.
• Manage HR data, time tracking, absences, and contracts.
• Handle preboarding and offboarding tasks and checklists.
• Prepare standard HR documents and maintain employee files.
• Provide accurate HR operations data for internal reporting.
• Develop templates and automations to reduce manual work.
