Holzkern in Vienna is seeking an operations-focused HR professional who loves building and improving HR systems, data processes and documentation. This is an HR role with a strong systems backbone rather than culture work.

You will own HR systems, preboarding and offboarding, templates, and reporting, while partnering with leadership to simplify workflows and reduce manual tasks. A hands-on mindset and care for data are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in HR.
• Confident in English (B2) and German (B2) communication.
• AI-native mindset with curiosity for new AI tools and models.
• Highly structured, precise work with detail orientation.
• Enjoys working with software, data and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems & Personio administration and data integrity.
• Manage preboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR templates and employee files.
• Provide accurate HR operations data for internal reporting.
• Improve workflows and automate recurring admin tasks.
• Support internal communication and management updates.
