Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking an HR Specialist to support the Austrian arm in Vienna. You will work closely with local management and the HR team in Israel, handling onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and policy administration.

This hands-on role covers employee administration, documentation, and local regulatory compliance, with scope to grow across HR areas as the operation scales in Austria.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR role.
• Native or fluent German and professional working proficiency in English.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Knowledge of Austrian labour law and local employment regulations.
• Experience with onboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and personnel administration.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and external payroll providers.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and maintain employee documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, amendments, policies, and administrative requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate employment contracts and HR-related documents.
• Ensure employees complete and sign all required policies and documentation.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and provide payroll information.
• Serve as local HR contact for staff questions and topics.
• Support implementation and administration of local HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR processes align with Austrian labour law and regulations.
• Coordinate with HR team in Israel on local topics and requirements.
• Support administration of employee benefits and company policies including company cars.
• Follow up with external partners and recruitment agencies on HR topics.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR information confidentially.
• Support additional HR projects as the Austrian operation grows.
