Zusammenfassung

BOAfit, the Austrian office of BOA Technology, is seeking an HR Specialist to build external talent pipelines, attract diverse candidates, and evolve talent acquisition across the EMEA region. You will support onboarding, employee engagement, and regional HR initiatives to align with global plans while ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in a recruiting role or HR role.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of Austrian employment laws and collective agreements.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Reflect BOA’s vision and values within the People & Culture team and across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the EMEA region, recruiting talent for needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Partner with EMEA managers to ensure talent pipelines, tools, and confidence to hire.
• Build and maintain active and passive pipelines for key roles via talent mapping.
• Support HR initiatives aligned with global plans and local Austrian compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including relocation support where needed.
• Strengthen employer brand through talent attraction activities and networks.
• Support benchmarking and labor market insights to inform compensation planning.
