Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking an HR Services Specialist (50% FTE) to be the local HR face in Vienna and coordinate HR support for Austria and Germany. You will ensure compliant, service-driven HR processes while partnering with local authorities and works councils.

In this role you will manage onboarding, changes, offboarding, payroll-related tasks, and HRIS updates, with home-office options depending on the arrangement. Fluency in German and good English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of HR administration/HR services experience.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices.
• Experience with HRIS is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German; good English required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in Austria, guiding on conditions and policies.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian labor law, social security, and payroll regulations.
• Manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and documentation for Germany under German law.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records; support HR digitalization.
• Coordinate with authorities and works councils as needed.
• Monitor training and compliance records across Europe.
