Zusammenfassung

Workistry, a global recruiter networking platform, is seeking a driven Human Resource Specialist/Recruiter to lead our recruiting operations across Austria. You will be the face of Workistry in Austria, identifying talent and expanding our recruiter network with top employers.

Responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, onboarding recruiters and hiring managers, building relationships with corporate clients and agencies, and representing Workistry at Austria events and conferences to grow

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Austria (agency or in-house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Austria.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• Comfortable using digital tools — ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking apps.

We are looking for a driven, well-networked Human Resource Specialist/Recruiter to lead our recruiting operations across Austria, growing both our recruiter community and our partnerships with top employers.

This is not a back-office role. You will be the face of Workistry in Austria — identifying talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and expanding our recruiter network across the country's most active hiring markets.

Salary: Euro €70,000 - €120,000/yr.
