Job summary

The role involves recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, and organizational development, with a permanent full‑time contract (38.5 hours). Fluency in German and English is required; Workday/HR systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed education or university degree focused on HR or business administration.
• 2–3 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labour law and HR administration.
• Fluency in German and English; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate HR administration, including contracts, records, and HR documentation.
• Assist monthly payroll preparation and maintain HR data accuracy.
• Manage time and attendance, vacation and absence administration.
• Organise business travel, process expense claims, and support HR initiatives.
