ZEISS in Graz is hiring a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/x) to support the ATSEE region across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers and employees to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliant operations, and contribute to organisational development.

The role covers recruitment, HR administration, payroll support, time and attendance, travel and expenses, with a 38.5-hour week and a starting gross salary of €48,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• :2-3 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Experience with HR systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate HR administration and employee records.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and data accuracy.
• Oversee time and attendance, vacations, and absences.
• Assist travel arrangements and expense claims.
• Support organisational development initiatives.
