ZEISS in Graz, Austria, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the ATSEE region across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with managers and staff, drive HR initiatives, and ensure compliant operations to enable business success.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR, strong Austrian labour-law knowledge, and fluency in German and English. JD includes payroll support and international exposure within IQS.

Qualifications

• Completed education or university degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labour law and HR administration.

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinating HR administration, including employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Supporting monthly payroll preparation and maintaining HR data accuracy.
• Managing time and attendance processes, including vacation and absence administration.
• Organising business travel, processing expense claims, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
