Job summary

dsm-firmenich ANH Solco seeks a seasoned leader to design and implement a global HR Operations target operating model and service delivery framework. The initial focus is leading the TSA Exit Program across HR Operations, Payroll delivery, and related services.

You will drive payroll vendor consolidation, HR systems harmonization, and end-to-end transformation of HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and AI-enabled solutions, guiding a cross-border team and key stakeholders through

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global HR Operations, Payroll and HR Transformation.
• Proven leadership of international teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR service delivery, governance and transition management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR Operations Target Operating Model and Service Delivery Framework.
• Lead the global TSA Exit Program across HR Administration, Payroll and related services.
• Define and execute the global payroll strategy, including vendor consolidation.
• Ensure stable HR Operations and Payroll delivery during transformation and carve-out.
