Job summary

ALDI SÜD HOLDING is seeking an HR Expert - Strategy & Transformation to lead and monitor HR transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, timelines and value delivery. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable informed strategic decisions and durable improvements.

The role focuses on data-driven reporting, service portfolio development, and guiding HR process realignments across an international scope, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and execution, ideally with initial leadership experience in a subproject or workstream.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to operate effectively in an international environment, including with senior management.
• Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology, governance guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners for project success.
• Analyze HR processes and volumes to support strategic decisions.
• Establish and monitor quality standards and performance metrics for deliverables.
• Identify and promote process improvements to drive efficiency and value.
• Create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of a service portfolio.
• Support and facilitate transitioning of HR processes as part of a strategic realignment.
