Job summary

dsm-firmenich ANH Solco seeks a seasoned leader to design and implement a global HR Operations target operating model and service delivery framework. The initial focus is leading the TSA Exit Program across HR Operations, Payroll delivery, and related services.

You will drive payroll vendor consolidation, HR systems harmonization, and end-to-end transformation of HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and AI-enabled solutions, guiding a cross-border team and key stakeholders through

Job description

The global lead for HR Operations will be responsible for designing and implementing the HR Operations target operating model and service delivery framework. However, the initial focus will be on leading the TSA Exit Program across the areas of HR Operations, Payroll delivery and other related areas. This position is also responsible for managing the global transition of Payroll, HR Operations, and related services from TSA-based and locally delivered models to a future-state, best-in-class operating model. The focus will be on driving payroll vendor consolidation, HR Operations transformation, HR systems harmonization, process standardization, governance, and the overall technology transition.

During the transition period, the role will furthermore act as key contact point for the services delivered by GES to address and manage service quality.

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Salary range depending on qualification for AT: 98.000 EUR – 122.500 EUR base/year/gross

In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a company car for AT.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a global HR Operations Target Operating Model, including a comprehensive Service Delivery Framework
• Leading the global HR TSA Exit Program, with responsibility for HR Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and other HR services
• Definition and execution of the global payroll strategy, including vendor consolidation and the design of a new HR administration structure
• Ensuring stable global HR Operations and Payroll service delivery throughout the transformation and carve-out process
• Building and leading an international HR Operations & Payroll team of experts, while managing stakeholders, external service providers, and organizational change initiatives
• Standardization, digitalization, and automation of HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, AI-driven solutions, governance frameworks, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives

You Bring

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in global HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Transformation, including proven leadership of small to medium sized international teams.
• Deep expertise in global HR Operations, Payroll, Time & Attendance, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, process governance, and HR service delivery
• Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and a proven ability to apply AI solutions to improve HR operations, project delivery, and employee services
• Elaborated program management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and change management capabilities
• Business-fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
