dsm-firmenich seeks a Senior Expert SuccessFactors - Employee Central to own the HR systems roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Management, including key integrations like Payroll. You will lead end-to-end HR requirements, solution design, and governance across global HR standards.

You will collaborate with D&T and external partners to implement enhancements, manage data quality, and drive continuous process improvements as part of the ANH carve-out.

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of HR master data and organizational management.
• Proven experience delivering global HRIS projects and driving continuous system improvements.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the HR systems roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management, including key integrations such as Payroll.
• Lead end-to-end HR requirements management, solution design, and continuous process optimization.
• Partner with D&T teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements, releases, new modules, and integrations.
• Govern organizational management, HR master data, and data quality within Employee Central.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact, ensuring alignment with global HR standards and system architecture.
