SAP in Austria is seeking a Business Process Consultant for SuccessFactors / SmartRecruiters to design, implement, and orchestrate HR solutions across Europe. You will own client engagements and drive measurable outcomes from strategy to go-live, balancing quality, risk, and delivery plans in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

You bring at least two years of HCM experience, a certified SuccessFactors module, and a track record leading an implementation.

Qualifications

• Two+ years' experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Certified in one SuccessFactors module with lead implementation experience.
• Experience with Time Management, Employee Central or Smart Recruiters.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce industry-leading practices.
• Map business processes to solution requirements and existing capabilities.
• Support strategic and transition planning to align with objectives.
• Advise on AI-enabled HR innovations and manage change activities.
• Lead end-to-end solution-designed processes and coordinate cross-border teams.
