Job summary

SAP SE invites an experienced HR transformation consultant to drive enterprise HR initiatives across Europe from Austria. You will lead client engagements through the full implementation lifecycle, advising on AI-enabled SuccessFactors features and facilitating workshops with cross‑border teams.

Fluency in German and English is required, with 2+ years in HCM, and certification in a SuccessFactors module. Travel on-site as needed across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bring two or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Certified in one of the SuccessFactors modules and have led your first implementation as a lead consultant.
• Experience with Time Management, Employee Central or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application.
• Familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors and how they shift HR from transactional to autonomous operations.
• German and English are fluent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Support workshops, lead root cause analysis, and support delivery to go-live.
• Advise clients on activating and adopting AI-powered features within SuccessFactors—automating decisions and reducing manual HR processes.
