• Proven track record delivering global HRIS projects and driving continuous system improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the HR systems roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management, including key integrations such as Payroll.
• Lead end-to-end HR requirements management, solution design, and continuous process optimization.
• Partner with D&T teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements, releases, new modules, and integrations.
• Govern organizational management, HR master data, and data quality within Employee Central.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact, ensuring alignment with global HR standards, system architecture, and training governance.
• Serve as the senior HR functional expert, leading testing and deployment activities while providing backup support for LMS, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance & Development.
