Job summary

Umdasch Group in Amstetten, Austria seeks a Global Lead HR Systems & Analytics to shape our HR systems landscape. You will drive digitalization, process optimization and data-driven HR while collaborating with HR, IT and business stakeholders.

The role is based in Amstetten, Austria and requires strategic and hands-on leadership. You will own the global HR systems portfolio, including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, and lead projects, governance and analytics to deliver scalable, future-proof

Qualifications

Several years of professional experience in HR systems, HR digitalization, HR processes and/or HR analytics.
Practical experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a must.
Strong process affinity and a passion for digitalization, automation and continuous improvement.
Experience in global HR system implementations, rollouts, governance and/or digital HR transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global HR Systems & Analytics strategy, roadmap and governance.
Own and further develop the global HR systems landscape, including SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
Drive digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Lead system enhancements, implementations, testing, and troubleshooting.
Lead global HR systems projects and rollouts with stakeholder management.
Govern global HR data, reporting and analytics with high data quality.
Collaborate with IT, Finance and business stakeholders as a senior expert.
Lead and develop the HR Systems & Analytics expert team.
