OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Sales Lead to build and scale the cybersecurity sales organization as the business enters its next growth phase. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Sales, Inside, Channel, Services, and Sales Engineering.

This role requires strategic, commercial acumen, IT/cybersecurity sales experience, and the ability to manage international stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales leadership and B2B channel sales.
• Experience in IT or cybersecurity or related fields.
• Exposure to electric utility sector, OT cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong strategic and commercial skills with a history of growth and profitability.
• Experience leading international sales teams and managing executives.
