JobsinAustria is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Barcelona team, driving new business for AI-powered advertising solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a target-driven environment and ongoing CRM usage.

The role requires 2–3 years of B2B sales, fluent German (C1) and good English (B2), plus experience in digital marketing and pre-sales. Relocation support is provided for Spain-based candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and the AI advertising ecosystem.
• Experience with pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound activities including cold calling and email outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and tailor AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and upsell opportunities.
