JobsinAustria is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Barcelona team. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting B2B clients with AI-powered advertising solutions. Fluency in German and English, plus 2–3 years in digital marketing sales, are required.

The role offers a base of €30,000 gross per year, plus a performance bonus up to €5,175, and relocation support to Spain. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Barcelona with ongoing training and career

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) required.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and B2B sales background.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage customer databases.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound/outbound activities including cold calling and email outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and tailor AI advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
