JobsinAustria in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team, supporting AI-powered advertising solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, acquire new business, and help clients grow through data-driven AI offerings.

The role requires 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, outbound prospecting, and Salesforce or other CRM proficiency. You must be eligible to work in Spain and be comfortable with cold calling.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, online advertising.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills including engagement with senior decision-makers.
• Able to prospect outbound and cold call with proactive sales approach.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
