Qualifikationen

• German C1 and English B2 required.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) required.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound/outbound sales and cold calling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and generate new business.
• Understand customer needs and propose AI advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Record interactions in a CRM like Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
