JobsinAustria in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing AI advertising solutions sales team. You will acquire new business, manage the full sales cycle, and help clients grow through AI-powered advertising.

The role requires German (C1) and English (B2), 2–3 years in B2B sales, CRM experience, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. We offer relocation support to Spain, a full-time permanent position in Barcelona, and clear development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, online advertising).
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Outwards prospecting and cold calling experience.
• Self-prospecting and proactive sales approach.
• Goal-oriented with proven revenue targets.
• Experience managing customer databases.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
