AutoWallis Group, a leading mobility provider in Central and Eastern Europe, seeks a Technical & Warranty Manager for its Geely team in Austria. You will respond to technical inquiries, manage warranty cases, and develop training for staff and partners.

The ideal candidate has German fluency, advanced English, at least three years in a similar role (OEM/NSC/distributor), and proven Austrian automotive market experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with OEM/NSC or distributor.
• Experience in the Austrian automotive market is mandatory.
• Sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Driving license B.

Aufgaben

• Respond to technical enquiries from the service network and end users promptly.
• Manage warranty cases to provide solutions with minimal effort and inconvenience.
• Develop and deliver product training sessions.
• Analyse aftersales data to generate clear reports for other business functions.
• Collaborate with other areas of the business and partner organisations for timely technical solutions.
• Update technical documents to support products and markets.
• Process warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with payments and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Track warranty parts and arrange shipping or scrapping.
• Keep informed on recalls and bulletins.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain parts business and check dealer status.

We are looking for the newest member to our Geely team for Technical & Warranty Manager position.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

• Responding to technical enquiries from the service network and end users in a timely manner with appropriate information and guidance.
• Manage warranty cases to provide customers/dealers with a solution to any problems that might arise, with the minimum amount of effort and inconvenience.
• Develop product training sessions and deliver sessions.
• Analysing aftersales data to generate reports that clearly define and communicate issues to other business functions.
• Working collaboratively with other areas of the business and partner organisations to provide technical solutions, in a timely manner.
• Update existing and author new technical documents to support products and markets.
• Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each dealer.
• Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
• Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
• Resubmits all rejected claims promptly.
• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
• Tracks warranty parts.
• Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped.
• Keeps informed of all factories recalls and bulletins.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

You are the ideal candidate if you have

• German language – fluent
• English language – advanced
• Experience in similar position 3 years
• Experience in OEM, NSC or distributor side
• Experience in automotive industry in the Austrian market is mandatory
• Sales, Communicatioan and Negotiation skills
• PC operational knowledge – advanced
• Driving license - B
