Job summary

BYD Automotive Austria GmbH is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee service quality, performance and operations of the dealer network across Europe. You will support dealers for customer satisfaction and ensure best brand experience.

The role requires coordinating Aftersales projects with regional partners, training, reporting, and close collaboration with parts and other teams in Europe and China. A strong automotive background and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive / e-mobility roles, with an importer or OEM.
• 2+ years of Project Management / Operation experience.
• Strong automotive business background (customer care, dealer operations, parts and accessories).
• Well organized and able to work across countries and cultures.
• Fluent in German and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Valid EU driving license and eligible to work in the EU / AT.

Responsibilities

• Drive service preparation, execution and performance assessment with dealers.
• Organize regular dealer visits, meetings and workshops with regional partners.
• Secure the quality of the service network through timely training, tooling and materials.
• Ensure regular customer satisfaction follow ups (NPS) and resolve goodwill issues.
• Coordinate Aftersales projects and collaborate with different departments in Europe and China.

BYD Automotive Austria GmbH is the local business entity for the Austrian Market, responsible for the BYD business with our Dealer+ Partner, the DENZA and Flash Charge Business units. With a great team behind and office in the inner city, we search now for a new team member in Aftersales.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for the service quality, performance and operations of the dealer network. Support our dealers for customer satisfaction and customers for best brand experience. Take ownership of all relevant aftersales projects, works closely with AS project teams, customer care and with parts, and other teams in Europe and China, while supporting management with analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and develop partners’ service preparation, execution and service performance assessment, ensure annual service target and the goal achievement, steering the partner’s continuous service level improvement.
• Conduct regular dealer visits organize meetings, workshops and other activities with regional partners, review the business plan. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution and assessment.
• Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling and other supportive materials
• Ensure regular customer satisfaction follow ups (NPS), assist partners to close customer complaint in time, Goodwill authorization and management.
• Coordinate all Aftersales projects, work closely with different departments
• Support the regional after-market activities and service campaign implementation
• Closely collaborate with other departments in Europe and China
• Support management with analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Experience & education

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive / e-mobility with an importer or OEM
• Strong automotive business background (customer care, dealer operation, parts, accessories and other products)
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management/Operation

Skills

• Well organised, with an understanding of differences between countries, cultures and regulations.
• Self-learner, able to identify and solve problems
• High level of attention to detail, time management and accuracy
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills

Languages

• Fluent German and English
• Chinese language skills are a strong plus

• Valid EU driving license
• Eligible to work in the EU / AT
