BYD Automotive Austria GmbH is seeking an experienced professional to manage the order-to-invoice operations for the DENZA dealer network. You will support dealers in placing and tracking orders, and handle related claims, ensuring accurate processing of transactions.

You will collaborate with customer care, parts, logistics and planning teams across Europe and China, providing analysis and reporting to management to enhance customer satisfaction and operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive / e-mobility with an importer or OEM.
• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all order-to-invoice operations for the DENZA dealer network.
• Support dealers in placing and managing orders.
• Manage related order claims.
• Support the DENZA and BYD network in identifying the correct products, orders, BO, and more.
• Collaborate closely with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.
• Support management with analysis and reporting.
• Handle ad hoc activities as required.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for the order-to-invoice operations of the dealer network for parts, accessories, special tools and other aftersales products. It supports dealers in ordering and claims handling, and works closely with customer care and with parts, logistics and planning teams in Europe and China, while supporting management with analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Experience & education

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive / e-mobility with an importer or OEM.
• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products).

Skills

• Well organised, with an understanding of differences between countries, cultures and regulations.
• Self-learner, able to identify and solve problems.
• High level of attention to detail, time management and accuracy.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Languages

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must

Other

• Valid EU driving license
• Eligible to work in the EU / AT
