Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and efficient operation at the front desk.
• Receive and handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments.
• Perform concierge duties, such as arranging transfers.
• Handle cash, carry out control and administrative tasks, manage correspondence, and answer phone calls.
