• Receive and handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments.
• Perform concierge duties, such as arranging transfers.

The 4-star Hotel "Goldener Greif" has been owned by the Harisch family since 1897 and, as a traditional hotel in the heart of Kitzbühel's city center, impresses with its familiar flair and feel-good moments. Guests experience a rustic, cozy atmosphere with modern accents in 37 individually designed rooms. The Hotel "Goldener Greif" also offers a sumptuous breakfast buffet with a focus on regionality and quality.

To strengthen our Hotel Goldener Greif team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated team member to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the front desk
• Receiving and handling guest requests and inquiries
• Collaborating closely with all hotel departments
• Performing concierge duties, such as arranging transfers
• Handling cash, carrying out control and administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and handling telephone calls
